As a health and lifestyle transformation coach, I help women like you break free from inconsistent routines and self-doubt. My coaching programs are designed to fit seamlessly into your busy life, teaching you efficient workout strategies and sustainable nutrition practices that align with your goals. You don’t need to cut out your favorite foods or spend endless hours at the gym to achieve lasting results. Instead, I empower you with the knowledge and tools to build confidence, create a balanced routine, and finally fall in love with your fitness journey so you can achieve lasting results.Â
In my journey, initially driven by my desire to improve my mental health and body confidence, I ventured into competitive fitness, winning Canadian Nationals twice. However, while immersed in the industry, I developed an unhealthy relationship with my body, exercise and food, leading to rapid weight gain from a binge eating disorder as well as metabolic and hormonal issues.
Realizing the mental and physical toll these restrictive practices had on me, I pursued certifications in Personal Training and Metabolic Nutrition to shift towards a sustainable, balanced approach. My focus goes beyond just practical knowledge; it's about unlearning societal diet norms and fostering self-compassion and belief in the process. I truly believe that this is the only way to overcome this cycle and feel confident and healthy for the long term.
Over the last few years, I have helped empower over 200 women to redefine health and fitness on their terms, fostering strength, confidence, and presence in their lives. Together, we break restrictive patterns rooted in societal pressures, while cultivating a positive relationship with health that lasts a lifetime so we can become the best version of ourselves and for generations to come.
I believe that fitness should enhance your life, not take away from it. My goal as a coach is to provide you with all the knowledge and support you need to reach your goals while eating more food, without restriction and learning how to exercise in a way that fits your life. Through this process, you will learn a ton and fall in love with the process so you no longer need a coach to get the results you desire.
