When I started with Emily I was a fresh first time mom, 2 month postpartum feeling so lost in my “new” body struggling to look in the mirror, even though my body just did the most incredible job of creating life I wasn’t appreciating that at all.

I don't usually write reviews, but I have been working with Emily for five months, and I can honestly say she has changed my life in the best possible way. I used to be someone who lived for expensive Pilates classes and was obsessed with being "thin" and striving to look a certain way. One day, I checked in with myself and realized that what I really wanted was to look toned and be in good health, like those who lifted weights.

I started working with Emily in 2018. I was quite active and ate well already, my goal was to shed the last few pounds and gain muscle definition. She had gotten me into the best shape of my life in just a few months.

Fast forward a few years, I was 2 months postpartum and had gained 40 pounds in my pregnancy. I didn’t feel like myself in my own skin. I was trying to be gentle on myself and give grace for what my body had just accomplished, yet I missed having a fitness routine.
